She advises financial institutions on financing agreements and other financial instruments, and on regulatory issues related to the capital market. She is particularly experienced in establishing and monitoring the vicissitudes of OIC management companies and their funds.
She has been involved in due diligence, acquisitions, and commercial agreements in the financial, energy, and natural resources sectors. She has also provided ongoing support on corporate issues for leading clients in the energy, consumer, and industrial sectors.
Before joining PRIME Advogados, she was an Associate at Dentons LEAD, Angola, working in the areas of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Corporate, M&A, and Private Investment.
Between 2018 and 2021, she was a Specialized Technician in the Compliance Department of BANCO ECONÓMICO, S.A. in Luanda.
Between 2016 and 2018, she was a Trainee Lawyer at FTL – ADVOGADOS, in partnership with CMS (RUI PENA E ARNAUT), Portugal in Luanda.
