Osvaldo Walessa joined PRIME Advogados, the exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Angola, in 2025 as an Associate.

He has been involved in a variety of transactions, including credit recovery and restructuring processes, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, labour disputes, legal representation in administrative litigation, and also regulatory issues and public procurement procedures.

He has also advised key clients in the mining and insurance sectors.

Law degree, Angolan Catholic University, Faculty of Law.

Prior to joining PRIME Advogados, Oswaldo worked at Dentons LEAD, since 2022, where he was involved in a variety of operations.

Oswaldo worked as a technician at the Gabinete Jurídico da Agência Angolana de Regulação e Supervisão de Seguros [Legal Office of the Angolan Insurance Regulation and Supervision Agency] (February 2022-November 2022), associate at the law firm VFPM & Associados (2021-2022), head of the legal department at the Instituto Nacional de Estatística [National Statistics Institute] (August 2021-February 2022), and legal advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENAPP, EP (2018-2021).

Admitted to the Angolan Bar Association.
