Emanuela Vunge, Managing Partner of PRIME Advogados, took part in a Flash Interview held as part of Doing Business Angola, in which she shared her perspective on Angola’s current investment climate.

In the interview with Jornal Económico, she discussed developments in Angola’s regulatory framework, investment incentives and the main challenges facing investors, including capital repatriation, business predictability and the political landscape.

Turning to the energy sector, she highlighted the gradual opening of the market to private operators following amendments to the Electricity Law, while also noting the need to strengthen regulation and promote closer alignment with international standards to support the bankability of projects.
